一直有傳 Apple 打算為 iPhone 7 及 iPhone 7 Plus 加入紅色及亮白色的選項，只是 Tim Cook 一直在考慮之中，未正式拍板確定推出。日前，曾多次透露 Apple 產品消息的前蘋果員工 Sonny Dickson 在 Twitter 上展示了一段片長 6 秒的疑似 iPhone 7 及 iPhone 7 Plus 亮白色工程機。

雖然 Sonny Dickson 一直以來的爆料也算是準確，但從片中可以看到亮白色的 iPhone 7 沒有了 iPhone 7 Plus 的標志，可見手機仍然可能是在研發的階段。另外，蘋果也錯過了聖誕及新年這個黃金檔期推出紅色及亮白色的 iPhone 7，難道要在更後的時間才正式發佈？
